I have decided that one of the things I want to accomplish with this blog is to talk about my struggles with weight loss.
I have seen plenty of other people struggle with being overweight and I have heard that blogging about it is good therapy. So I am going to give it a try and see if it helps at all. Hopefully, by talking about it with strangers on the internet, I may stay focused enough on it to actually accomplish my goals.
I would like to get back down to 190lbs. Right now I am at 235lbs. Not good.
My doctor has been begging me to lose some weight. I hate going to see him for a checkup because I get flak from him every year for maintaining my excessive level of body fat. He keeps telling me that I am going to end up being diabetic if I don’t watch my weight. I really like the guy. It’s not like he is being a jerk. He is just telling me the truth.
So, here goes another attempt to slim back down to a more reasonable more manageable weight level. Wish me luck.
